• As part of a Tender Evaluation Excercise for the London Borough of Hillingdon, we evaluated bids submitted by four major facility operators for the managment of a £25m Lesure Complex. We were subsequently retained to assist the Council in the Best and Final Offer negotiations with two shortlisted companies.
  
  
• We completed a major operational review of five major leisure facilities and a museum for Watford Borough Council in Hertfordshire. We made a range of appropriate recommendations and worked with the Council to devise an action plan for service improvement.
  
  
• Bayer Consulting were retained to undertake an operational review of the Vauxhall Motors Sports and Social Club in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. The club has 17,000 members.
  
  
• Middlesex University, a University with around 25,000 full and part-time students based at 6 sites in the London Region, have retained Bayer Consulting to undertake an operational review of selected sports facilities.
  
  
• Essex based Thurrock Council retained Bayer Consulting to undertake an operational review of the Grays Beach complex. The brief required a costed 5 year Action Plan and investment programme to be devised.
