• Bovis Homes, Barratt Homes and Persimmon Homes, retained Bayer Consulting to advise on the layout, design and specification of outdoor sports pitch provision on the site of a major housing development at Coopers Edge adjacent to the M5.
  
  
• Fusion Lifestyles, the expanding Leisure Trust, used Bayer Consulting to assist with the provision of an Artificial Grass Pitch and changing facilities alongside a brand new Athletics Stadium in West London.

• The London Borough of Hillingdon used Bayer Consulting to test the market as part of the process to determine the most appropriate way of operating new community leisure facilities to be built near Uxbridge Town Centre. The facilities include three Swimming Pools, a Sports Hall, Fitness Studios and an Athletics Stadium.
  
  
• Uxbridge College used Bayer Consulting to handle the selection of an operator for new community leisure facilities at their Hayes Campus in Middlesex. The facilities including a Fitness Studio, Dance Studio, Sauna, Fitness Testing Suite, Restaurant and a Hair and Beauty Salon will also serve the 8,000 students and 350 staff. Following a detailed evaluation process, Energy Fitness Professionals were selected as the successful operator.
  
  
• We were engaged by Maidstone United Football Club to secure a new ground for the club and co-ordinate the re-location process.
  
  
• We were retained by London Youth Soccer to help establish a newly formed company that has the objective of becoming a specialist provider of youth football opportunities in London and the Home Counties.
  
  
• We were retained by the Irish Plc. Nightowls International Leagues, to research and deliver a new national sport initiative in the United Kingdom and Europe.
  
  
• We were retained by Edusport 2000, the London based open and distance learning specialists to help prepare and deliver a series of sporting programmes that will deliver educational, learning and career development opportunities for young people in the UK and Europe.
  
  
• We advised the North West based company Web Site Solutions on the establishment of an innovative new Internet based concept for the sport and leisure market.
